Heather Stead
Heather joined the Crowther team at the beginning of 2022. She had been working as a bookkeeper and administrator in the industry. Before that, Heather worked as an IT Analyst/Programmer. When Heather was asked what she likes most about her job, she said, ‘Although my role is purely bookkeeping, I am dealing with a variety of clients, so each day is different, and it keeps the old grey matter working.’
Heather likes to keep active outside of work. She regularly participates in HIIT training, loves to garden and has no problem rolling up her sleeves to dismantle a ceiling or two as she is busy renovating her house. Heather is an adventurer – She has deep-sea dived with tiger sharks in the Bahamas and manta rays in the Maldives.
When asked what possession she would not want to live without, she replied, “My flute.” Heather loves to play her flute – she clearly has a musical ear, having recently passed her Grade 8 with a distinction. Well done, Heather.
