Jess Lownds

Jess started working at Crowther in the summer of 2023.  She joined from college as a trainee accountant; Jess’s role is to complete VAT preparation and carry out bookkeeping duties for clients while supporting the accounts team.  When asked why she enjoys working at Crowther, she replied, ‘The people who work here’.  Throughout her childhood, Jess competed in gymnastics.  In her teenage years, she became a youth leader, coaching gymnastics to younger children.  Her other love is animals.  What makes Jess happy?  Singing and dancing.  Especially to Tiffany’s song ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’.  Jess’ favourite quote is Hakuna Mattata’ from her favourite film, the Lion King.  When asked what she strives for, she said, ‘Being the best version of myself.’ If you ask Jess’ family which well-known Friend’s TV comedy character would best describe her.  They would say, ‘Jess is a female version of Joey.’
